Go to File Menu -> Tools -> Manage Add-ons;
There make sure that only one Java Plug in is enabled!
This should solve the problem!
Also verify Control Panel-> Java-> Java(Tab) runtime options; make sure all point to the same javaw.exe file and that the version of Java is same!
Also recommended to clear Java cache.
